The ideal candidate must demonstrate a thorough comprehension of legal technicalities and maintain absolute corporate purity and purpose while evaluating complex litigation risk maps.

• Drafting, vetting, and auditing corporate legal document structures, service covenants, and master consulting frameworks.
• Resolving complex legal questions in the most viable manner while minimizing operational friction.
• Interfacing with seasoned legal professionals, external counsel teams, and managing statutory bodies reporting criteria.
• Enhancing legal literacy benchmarks internally and ensuring legal parameters regulate active business processes.

Eligibility Metrics

• LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized premium law university or college in India.
• Solid registration credentials with the Bar Council and active corporate vetting tenure background.
• Excellent communication skills, razor-sharp analytical reading paths, and high proficiency in drafting platforms.
